About Me
My name is Luis Felipe Vargas. I was born and raised in Costa Rica and have made Canada my home since 1998. Over the years, I’ve been grateful for the opportunity to travel and share music alongside friends such as Danilo Montero and, more recently, Paul Baloche, among others who have deeply shaped my journey.Since 2013, I’ve had the privilege of serving as Music Director at Hope Bible Church in Oakville, Ontario. I’m also part of Royal Anthems, a Canadian worship movement that unites songwriters from across the country to create fresh expressions of faith through original music and storytelling.I now live in Stoney Creek, Ontario with my wife, Claudia, and our two daughters, Abby and Lia.
